Wan Fang in Chinese literally means 'in million directions', and 'in million locations'. Our vision for Wan Fang simply being a contracting company that caters for all kinds of projects and for all locations in Hong Kong.

Our Strength

Our team is lead by professionals who have at least 20 years experience in contracting. We have participated in projects including residential, offices, retail, F & B, hotel and clubhouse etc.

We work closely with designers and architects, executing projects adhering to schedule and drawings. We detail every action in documents and reports, completing projects in precise and efficient manner. More over, through the recent development and the experience on projects of various natures, we are equipped with the latest technologies and professional expertise in meeting with the needs of our clients.

We also have a drafting team who is expert at doing working drawings, helping designers to solve design application if needed

Scope of Services 

Project Management:

c) Monitoring for work progress, quality and safety.

d) Prepare progress, cost and quality report.

e) Liaise with Statutory Authorities for construction work.

f) Apply for the license from Authorities.

Cost Consultant:

a) Prepare budget estimate.

b) Measurement and cost analysis.

c) Project cost control to suit client's requirement.

Interior Fitting Out Work and Furniture Fabrication:

a) Project planning and scheduling.

b) Procurement of materials.

c) Project coordination

d) Preparation of shop drawing, sample and mock up.

e) Fit out works.

f) Built-in and loose furniture.

g) Exterior works – glass canopy, design feature and signage.

h) Site supervision.

i) Testing and commissioning of works and services.

Class I, II, & III 

Type A - Alteration & Additional Works;

Type B - Repair Works;

Type C - Works relating to Signboards;

Type E - Works relating to Structures for Amenities;

Type F - Finishes Works;

Type G - Demolition Works.

Class II & III 

Type D - Drainage Works.

E & M Installation

a) Design, calculation for Electrical work, MVAC system & P & D works;

b) Application and submission to Statutory Authority and Utility Companies;

c) Testing and Commissioning.
